has anyone tried downgrading via hourglass assuming ur on a9lh? I know u can boot the payload, but I don't know how well it works now.

It restores the entire NAND. Downgrade will always work with NAND flashing. (No that does not mean we can downgrade without a9lh on 11.3)

When is the last time Nintendo added a proper feature to the 3DS? Last I remember is folders and themes.

It was when they released a signed CFW loader called arm9loader v2

@WhySayingMyName All methods to downgrade (safehax, fasthax, DSiWarehax, hardmod) are patched, oothax + soundhax still work. Luma still working, NTR was updated and works, not the other CFWs. And HBL/Homebrew don't work until the next payload update.

Yes, you need New 3DS for SNES games, I thought that Nintendo only released SNES games for New 3DS to sell more New 3DS units but it's true that the original 3DS can't handle SNES emulation (at least, games like Super Mario Kart). Fortunately, New 3DS can.
