Use the idlist provided and find the id of the region of your version, create sd:/plugin/titleid and put the plug in the folder

But what do I put in the folder?
Inside of the the plugins folder on the root of your sd card, create a folder named the title id of fantasy life. To find the title id, go into fbi, hit titles, and scroll down to fantasy life. It should be something like 0040000xxxxx or along those lines. Put the .plg file in there. Also, screenshot whats inside of that other folder.

I edited what i said since I'm an idiot.

Those are just the item id's of in-game items that the creator put there for you so you don't have to go search the internet for them yourself. The actual plugin is the .plg file and that is the only one that is needed in the titleID folder I'm pretty sure.
