They updated to require a NATIVE_FIRM update to boot into the homemenu. So every single CFW that isn't Luma3DS/SaltFW will just boot to a black screen. As well this also breaks DSiware and hardmod downgrade.

Gateway A9LH/3dx = not OK (Black screen, doesn't even let you to GW menu)
homebrew launcher/SoundHax = not OK (needs new payloads, I think because when I renamed to NEW-11-3-0-36-EUR.bin it seat "load payload" and send me back to Home menu)

so that's what broke, Well it was interesting to see how far you can update rxtools without it breaking completely I doubt there will be an rxtools update anytime soon so I already deleted the files and the emunand and I was using for it
