Hacking R4 RTS 3DS not loading save files

I'm sorry if this question is asked before, but i bought a R4 EDS RTS at a flea market. However the games all load and play fine but its not loading the save files. I was wondering if anyone knew help, and i would appreciate the help.

Thanks for the reply! No its not locked but some games i can save and then play like soul silver.

So just some saves don't work?

Sounds like it's a problem with the card itself.

Could you list which games you're having problems with and which you aren't?

Well i haven't tried too many games yet, but pokemon soul silver definitely saves, but so far i have tried New Super Mario Bros, Harvest Moon, Super Mario 64 DS .These are the ones i've tried.

So soul silver works, and all of the other ones don't?

Yes only soul silver is the one that lets me save and play that save file, while the others start from the beginning each time

No, when i press start at the game list menu, it says SD card fragment error. Err cod = 81 and err code = 83

hmm. So did this sd card come with the flashcart? Have you tried formatting the sd card?

Yes the sd card was sold with the flashcart, and no i haven't. Wouldn't that erase everything on the sd card?

Yes it will. Just backup your files to your computer first. Then format it to fat32.

If that doesn't work, it could be a faulty sd card.

Okay thank you I will try that. What should i do if its a faulty sd card? Should i buy another one?
