Blessed are the developers who have made RA on the Wii U a possibility, you are doing the lords work. Thank you.

Has anyone managed to get a 4 player game working in snes 9x? I have Gamepad and a ProController working fine for 2 player games, but when I connect a couple of classic controllers RA seems to only see one of them in the menus, but the game doesn't see either. If I set one controller in RA as a multitap it seems to duplicate inputs as both P1 and P3. Ambitious aiming too high, or have I just got the config wrong?
No problem making Bomberman work with P2 bound as Multitap. I used the Wii U Pro, Gamepad, and 2 Wiimotes. Make sure each player is correctly bound to the desired inputs.

Guess the issue is pretty bad, but part of me wishes I didn't file the GitHub report, as it puts more stress on them >.>
Actually, I've checked many of the nightly individual cores (2017-01-31) available, plenty of them aren't working. I guess the developers aren't aware of that...

Ok, everything is setted up for the meta files of the channel version of the cores and RetroArch itself, just need some feedback from @aliaspider because I don't know what to do. If do a PR or first make a PoC+Poll Thread to see what people think about the desings.

Edit:
Here we go, all the bootTvTex here:

The problem is no one is interested >.>
I wouldn't say that. I would say that not enough people are interested enough, compared to the size of the task (which is pretty immense). I don't know how close Wii and Wii U are processor wise, so I don't know if starting from WiiSXR and trying to "port it" would be the easiest way, but even that seems quite the hassle.

Kevinbrew > Castlevania SOTN works almost flawlessly on WiiSXR. I finished it recently :)

They both use the same family of processors, IBM PPC, the Wii and Wii U, Broadway-based, the problem with PSX and N64 is they require a total rewrite of the dynarec core, which is a huge undertaking. Why Mednafen PSX cores are even being compiled is beyond me, it's a waste of effort to have PSX cores compiled for Wii U.

Edit: @efen3001 try the latest builds, the issue was indeed core app-related, I'll try them as well

I figured I'd test this out versus using injects, and well - nothing worked for me! I get into Retroarch and any core I launch loads until about 90 percent it seems by the bar, and then gives a loud noise/buzz that lasts like 5 seconds and then I have to hard reset. (only gave it a minute)........ I haven't looked for a solution, but if this is a known issue with something I did - any direction is appreciated. However, I will research on my own and reply to my thread with fix if I find it. All files were downloaded from Wiibrew.

Need more info

This is the wrong section, as you mentioned using the Wii port, not Wii U port, if you're using the Wii port, this is not the correct thread.

We don't have info:

Version
Wii or Wii U
What core
Folders being properly installed,

Without that, we can't help

Wiibrew is for Wii only
