If i were to delete the modified save data, and have never gone online before, i would be fine. Right?

Also, is this a ban? Or more like a "you can't go online until you reset your save data" type ban?

A Global Link ban, you can't go to online events like tournaments basically

But is it a temp ban, or perma ban? And does this affect me if i have never been online with a hacked pokemon?
Perma, pretty sure about it. If you have Global Link linked to your game and somehow the server has detected any weird activity you should be banned

Should note your Global Link account won't be banned, just the connectivity from your game. (Am checking if it's per-save)

But how did you drop it in at the first place,
When I tried, it couldn't be dropped
Umm I just uploaded it to PokeBank, which I legally bought, from my ORAS CIA. When you drop it from ORAS to PokeBank you'll see the sprite change from cosplay to Ash's Pikachu

HAHAHAHA

Goes to show, do not cheat in games.

I don't mind if you're gonna cheat in a game, just don't take your cheats online to compete with others who aren't cheating. If you hack in some pokemon, that's fine, I don't care, but don't use those hacked pokemon in battles against me.

Why you troll people? Cosplay Pikachu CAN'T be uploaded to Pokemon Bank from ORAS.I just tested it to see if they changed it in Ver. 1.3

to be fair, if you removed all people who use hacked pokémon from battle spot I think you could count the remaining players with your hands.
but this is off topic now, we are here to discuss the ban, not to question our morals

Anyway @Kyek your save is the weirdest of them all, you have very situational things and I can't extrapolate what caused the ban for you.

Pokemon is really just an example, what I was saying applies to any game. Cheat all you want when playing one player mode, but don't bring it online to compete with others. Don't play Mario Kart with one of those cheats that allows you to spawn an item whenever you want, don't play an FPS and clip through a wall and kill others while "invisible," etc, etc.

Except playing online with legal pokémon doesnt give you any type of advantage, it's only a time saver.

I know, I bet we are missing something that would alling my save with the others

I think that there's indeed a way to revert the ban. Primarily because something in your save was modified to give you that error, seen that the Global Link account wasn't banned and changing Game Sync ID and TID don't unban you, meaning we can simply modify it back. Was useful if someone had an immediate save before the day the bans happened, so that someone may compare the save the exact moment before and after the ban occured to see what was changed.

I did. Uploaded it a few pages back

The exact moment before? Like, you export your save, but don't modify it, nor play the game after that. Enter the game, go online and get banned. If yes, just need to do a "little" hex search if my theory's correct.
