...I'd go with "put SD card in computer, delete files". Add a microSD adapter and SD reader if necessary

I'm pretty sure the 3ds folder came from the SafeA9LHInstaller zip.

Like i said, your folders are in a bad shape ...leave the console on 2.1 ...remove micro sd ...start afresh ..delete 3ds folder, a9lh folder, luma folder.

What do yo mean with start afresh? Like getting rid of all the files on the MicroSD card? If so, is it safe to do? I'm scared.

And once you've deleted those start from here https://3ds.guide/installing-arm9loaderhax again. I'd also copy the nandmin.bin and nandmin.bin.sha from the files9 folder onto your pc.

When i do the part that says "Press (Select) to Full Install" my 3DS instantly shuts down. Also, does the files have to be downloaded using Deluge? Because i downloaded them using ZbigZ.

Once you've checked that can you post screenshots of sdcard, a9lh and 3ds folders

And check which version of the sa9lhinstaler you downloaded

I got firmware 2.1.0-4E. And the version of A9LHInstaller is v2.0.6
