Hacking Luma3DS - Noob-proof 3DS Custom Firmware

how can i install luma3ds in my o3ds?
my o3ds's fw is ver 4.5.0,also i use rxtools 2.6 with emunand 11.2

i did that;

but it did not work.

more detail what i did;

1.
Always copy arm9loaderhax.bin to the root of the SD. You don't need to do anything else if you're using ARM9LoaderHax.

2.
If you're using menuhax/browserhax/any other *hax that displays the Homebrew Launcher, also copy the contents of the hax folder to the root of the SD.

3.
If you're using browserhax without the Homebrew Launcher, or the mset (System Settings) hack, also copy the Luma3DS.dat from the mset-spider folder to the root of the SD.

4.
To boot 3.x-4.x NANDs, you need to load FIRM from the SD card.
Download this file and rename it to firmware.bin, then this other file and rename it to cetk, then copy both of them to the luma folder.
(well,there is no luma folder,so i created luma folder,than i did it)

5.
use browserhax
http://www.reboot.ms/3ds/

and than Boot Luma3DS.dat

that's all,but it was not work.

there is no luma folder,so i created luma folder,than i did it.

I don't think you can link those files. I don't have any experience with firmware lower than 6.0. I would suggest just following the Guide.

Seriously. You're *very* outdated. You should *really* go for ARM9LoaderHax. There's no real reason for you not to. It doesn't take that long either.

Installing A9LH takes maybe a half hour and is pretty safe now.
Think about it buddy. You save space on your SD Card and you can save your console easily when you brick.

You'd need to get A9LH and then use it to dg to 4.5fw and done. unfortunately a 4.5fw a9lh concept isnt a thing due to I think fw code or something. not saying you can't get a9lh on 4.5 but not natively.

I think you could try this tutorial if you really want to avoid A9LH for some reason...

But seriously, there's no reason not to get A9LH. I bought my first 3DS just a bit more than a week ago only because I found out about A9LH and all the stuff you can do with it. After getting accustomed to the console for a few hours it's the first thing I installed and it was absolutely straightforward and easy to do.. and now I couldn't be happier with my n3DSXL.

I've got a little problem with Luma3DS : I followed the following guide to get A9LH on my old 3DS 11.2.0-35E, but when I get to the configuration page, the program doesn't get any input anymore...
Any way to solve this ?

A bit more information : it's almost the same tutorial as on 3ds.guide, but it seems that the person who made it added some thimgs to mark in luma 3DS configuration (part where I get stuck, cause I can't move the cursor)

*sigh*. So you don't want to use A9LH, because you want to know specifically how to use Luma with 4.5? Sorry if I sound rude, but that... is a pretty stupid reason. I mean... A9LH is not simply the "easy way". It's THE superior entrypoint.
I don't mean to insult you or anything of the sort, but that reason makes little sense.

He has clearly stated that he do not want to install it several times, so move on.
Just answer the question "how can he run luma on 4.5"
If you do not know how, then move on, don't insist

Maybe because the entrypoint is old and not many people use it, it has a low feedback and because of that, the developer does not know if it works or not... but I don't really know, sorry

Did you tried to rename the Luma3ds.dat to Launcher.dat and use the 1st link from http://www.reboot.ms/3ds/ ?
Just for testing something different...

Also, I think older versions of Luma needs some folders with extra configuration files, I don't remember very well
