Hacking Fastest way to transfer everything?

Hey guys I have a n3ds with A9LH, tons of "backups" installed as well as save datas on it. What is the fastest way to transfer everything to another n3ds?
Since my 128GB card is almost full, download everything again from freeshop would be a chore.

Well, is the other N3DS hacked? If so, copy and paste sd contents

Yeah it also has A9LH installed. But I'm sure that the target 3ds won't recognize the contents this way right? Like when the contents are installed, it is encrypted with console-specific key or something

Wait ignore me that's if you're upgrading sd card content, surely a system transfer?

A system transfer will never transfer non-legit contents That's for sure.

It actually does transfer everything besides the tickets, so you can do a system transfer then just reinstall the tickets which is a LOT faster than reinstalling all games then transferring saves.

movable.sed transfers can be wonky, only the last 0x20 bytes should be transferred, otherwise it won't work.

That's a bad idea I think. Just reinstall the tickets with tikShop (that will do all that are available on the titlekeys database) and reinstall any cias that are not covered by tikShop.
