Hardware 8gb or 32gb wii u

I'm looking to get a wii u as I'm looking to get breathe of the wind and don't really want to fork out near £400 on a switch.

I'll mainly loading games off USB and hopefully vc off USB as well if that possible.

Does it make a difference if I get a 8gb console over a 32gb one, does one hold any benefits over the other?

Since you're going to be playing games off a USB anyways, no it won't matter besides the color of the system.

If you're using a CFW like Mocha, then yes.

You can load everything off the USB. Even Wii games, but only the ones bought from the eShop.

I'm a bit torn because the premium pack (32gb) also includes stands cradles and a genuine nintendo sensor bar for wii/wiiUs

but I also like white, it shows less fingerprints, looks more unique, and the money saved can go towards an official larger battery for the gamepad

also the cradles (new) and genuine sensor bar (used) may be obtained for spare change after the fact (like 12€ shipped each)

The Wii U Basic does come with a sensor bar. I had a white Nyko charging stand for the gamepad and a white vented vertical stand I got off eBay.

In Europe there's no sensor bar in the Basic Pack.

I have an 8GB Wii U. I specifically wanted a white console. I can tell you that you will be fine as long as you plan to use USB storage for your games.

8GB and 32GB really have no difference but storage. I have 2 32GB Wii Us and it's alright. If you're going to pirate games it really doesn't matter. 8GB is cheaper.
