Homebrew SSID wifi

got a n3ds running a9 think is called, my job has a wifi that's open to visitors but you need to agree to their disclaimer before connecting. The 3ds connects only till the part you have to agree I go to the browser to trigger the disclaimer, it directs me I can see it on the top screen but the bottom one don't show it. Just a incompatibility message. Is there is a home brew or way to connect ?

dont think there is a way around it i have try to use xfinity but it did not work. you could create a hot spot with you phone and it shoud connect to tha

When I when I connect with my phone to my job'a wifi then I enable the hotspot the wifi drops and the phones internet kicks in then I can hotspot the 3ds.

iPhone 7, Tmobile

i could not use wifi to tether but mobile data should work
