I am able to get the NTR menu to load, but as soon as I added the cheats plugin and tried it again the game won't load up.

I get the green flash when starting the game, but then it hangs on a black screen and the game never starts up.
I've tried with both 3.2 and 3.3 on an old 3DS.

Found the Solution!
Use BootNTRSelector and use 3.2 or 3.3.
It may Crash the first time, but then it will gonna work

Yeah, it's just as I expected.. WA carts have different offsets like how Rev0 Mario Kart 7 codes don't work on Rev1 carts.
