Homebrew i think bricked my 3ds

ive been following

i down graded to 2.1
loaded http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin
pressed the key combo reset and now wont turn on

please tell me theres a way to fix this
im new to all this not sure where to post

By "won't turn on", do you mean when you press the power button, the power LED turns on for a second, then immediately turns off?

If the LED comes for a second and turns off, then it means A9LH is installed properly. You just don't have the payload of Luma on the SD card.

Please include more context with your posts. Three-word posts like this result in bricks.

Assuming the power light turns on and then immediately turns off: This means A9LH is installed, but you don't have arm9loaderhax.bin set up. Go get Luma3DS and extract the arm9loaderhax.bin file from the 7z to the root of the SD card, then try again. You should get the Luma3DS configuration menu.

After that, you'll want to start Hourglass9 and restore your NAND backup. (This is all detailed on https://3ds.guide/installing-arm9loaderhax .)

ive attempted to download luma 6.6 from the github but i keep getting error is there an alternative place to get the files i need

Looks like even though the GitHub repo is back, the release files aren't.

some how now managed to boot back into 2.1 loaded http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin
the installer loaded however i have an error saying opt.bin doesnt exist and couldnt be dumped
i did notice on the sd card there was no opt.bin
anyone able to help?

Are you using the safea9lhinstaller from the guide?

It going to the URL should boot into it and it doesn't need the OTP because it dumps the OTP for you. Did you skip any steps?

no steps skipped but got a bigger problem deleted region data folder 0000098 put the sd card back and its doing a full update

Please stop whatever you are doing. Can you boot into Luma3DS?
Simply place the arm9loaderhax.bin from this folder into the root of your SD card and boot up your system
