I ran into a problem with updating. I just downloaded the latest haxchi and CBHC. I installed/updated haxchi first like it says. Then I installed/updated CBHC. But it's stuck on this screen.

What should I do?
This happens when a usb drive is connected and you install CBHC...
Don't use YouTube videos, they can be outdated (CFW Booter was used 2-3 months ago...)
If you have a DS VC title, run CBHC installer, install CBHC, when it boots just set "Autoboot System Menu" and install everything you want, that's it.

Oh and the video contains a link to a fw.img and it's against the forum rules so, remove that video
You should always download and install Haxch over your ds titlei and boot haxchi to make sure your exploit works before installing CBHC over your DS title as if it's corrupted or doesn't boot your wiiu is a paperweight!! CBHC Installer, installs over ds title and sets ds title to boot on console startup. So if that title is invalid you will always boot that invalid title...

lol, just use a plain title...
CBHC overrides rom.zip.
If it fails, it can be recovered (If the wii u boots the plain title)

Probably sure it's been asked a 100x now, but got CBH working and it's awsesome. So fast to startup.

Does installing sysConfigTool on sysNAND still brick it? (even with a sig-patched sysNAND?)

Not if you have the one that was patched for sysNAND...

Once CBHC is installed and verified working would there be any way to make the channel/icon hidden like a system title? So that it is not even visible in the data management settings? Not sure if this could be done, just a thought and maybe someway to toggle it should the user actually want to remove CBHC (hypothetically).

Just pushed up CBHC v1.6 which now can boot up the vwii system menu and homebrew channel, also since I now have a working loader for this you can also hold down B on boot again to go directly into vwii :D

Great work as always. I know you said you can install over top but should we do HaxChi update first then CHBC?

Just wanted to be sure I'm not doing anything to mess up the install

all installing haxchi first does is verify that the exploit actually works on your system, and since you did that you just need to install cbhc.

Awesome. Wasn't sure if HaxChi ever needed updating after CBHC was installed. (Seeing as it's the same thing as HaxChi just with the xml and such changes)

Much appreciated. Can't wait to try it out.

@FIX94
Do you also think about implementing a check, if the usb device is disconnected while installing cbhc? Or is this already implemented?
This would be really nice. I am very afraid of forgetting to disconnect my usb device sometimes, when updating the cbhc.

Just update CBHC installer and install over your CBHC DS VC Game. Be careful. Don't install over an other clean DS VC if you have CBHC alreafy installed. (Don't know if it's harmless but better safe than sorry)

What about Haxchi? Do I have to update it manually after/before CBHC?

This has been asked SOOOO many times, all you have to do is read some of the thread, including the very first post by FIX himself and the sticky about Haxchi and CBHC. It never ceases to amaze me the amount (i.e. very little) you guys read about this stuff and just keep asking the same dumb questions! If you can't read I'm amazed you actually got any of this stuff to work because you can't be very bright.

To update haxchi -> re-install haxchi
To update cbhc -> re-install cbhc

Do you need to update haxchi if you have cbhc -> NO.
