For 299.99 with no real 1st party titles to entice do they really expect this thing to sell well. It is much bigger than a 3DS XL so how many people are actually gonna carry both devices around. I really do not understand Nintendo's direction with all these gimmicky things to go with an unproven online gaming experience. Seems like Wii U all over again. I am sure there will be great games at some point but nothing to warrant 299.99. Does anyone think this system is going to be a hit based off what we have seen up to this point?

There is some kind of catch to the Nintendo Switch I just know it. Besides Gamecube games on the go sounds fucking amazing.

WOW you can spend another hundred to thousands of hours playing Skyrim again. What value.

Lol funniest part is that Skyrim was never confirmed release neither was NBA 2k. They just showed it off in agreement with 2k and bethesda lol.

At least if you like Japanese RPG's you can just import something. I am not a RPG fan so that is why my opinion of the Switch is so biased. Great for importers, not so much for me. Wake me up when Breath of the Wild releases.

http://www.nintendo.com/switch/buy-now/

Thought everyone might want to know the US Dollar price of accessories.

Pro controller 69.99$ has motion, hd rumble and amiibo (guess this means my wii u pro controller won't work...)

Joycon set 79.99$ both left and right

Additional TV Doc 89.99$

joycon charging grip, 29.99$

Pricing a little steep if you ask me.

Lmfao, steep? Wii U launched at the same price.

My news is that Nintendo (the family company) just did a presentation with Mara in a video for all the little kiddies to see in that SMT V trailer.

ChibiReaper: He was talking about the accessories pricing that I listed. as a comparison the pro controller for wii u costed 49.99$ at launch; fast forward to the switch pro controller 69.99$

It is more pricey, but technically has more stuff in it; namely the amiibo nfc reader, the motion controls, and perhaps the hd rumble. I can understand how it seems pricey, because I feel that way too for the accessories; especially when the xbox one and ps4 controllers are 59.99.

To be honest, the joy-cons are justified at 80$ because its literally two controllers (40$ ea)

Pro at 70$ because of all the functions and gimmicks it possesses make it worth that much to me at least.
