My first target to do app simple, stable and 100% working. Then maybe need to edit font of NES Mini to add some characters.
After it I'll thing about database. But you can help, it's open source

Oh... I understand one thing. It's possible that WinRAR corrupted casing in file names. Because it doesn't matter on Windows (app.exe and APP.EXE is the same file) but NES Mini running on Linux

bootleg windows 7,wireless internet,the other pc that didn't work was windows 8 laptop legit,didnt extract on that pc but copied the package from winrar to that one and it didnt upload games,now that i use the other zip program no problems what so ever even without pipeline errors i will say the laptop was much easier to get it to go into fel mode(windows 8 laptop) that all the info i can give you

How do you conect the PC to the mini?
And were do you safe the 30 new games too? Is there so mutch free space in the internal memory of the mini? Doesnt it need that space for the savefiles??

While trying to build the custom kernel image i keep getting "Can't Repack Ramdisk Please Try again"

Anyone have a solution for this? seems to connect find but as soon as i hit "Upload Selected games" i get this error

After trying everything I can think of, I am unable to get the driver to install.

Boot in FEL mode (holding 'Reset' whilst pressing 'Power') - no LED illumination - get the Windows sound confirming it has detected something.

Firewall Off, Windows Defender Off, Boot with pressing F8 and deactivating the relevant checks, using Zadig, using device manager (all in Admin mode) ...nothing will get the driver to install...?

I am going crazy trying to get this to work!

PLEASE... Can anyone assist? Is there something I need to have on the MINI NES beforehand, like no save states...?

Yes, thanks, I tried using Zadig as per my included pictures in my earlier post (see pics 2, 3 & 4) and it produces the final image ... "The driver installation failed." I'm at a loss as to why it won't let me install the driver.

Could there be another setting I'm missing on my PC somewhere else...?

Im having the same problem. Driver will not install. I used an earlier hakchi that includes a driver.exe and it goes through the motions but doesnt seem to do anything.

Lemonoid: even after installing the driver, this still does the same hting thing me and the first version of hakchi works.
I even tried to fully remove the drivers (Allwinner and NESY), and tried to install the driver provided with hakchi2, but always get an error when the driver should be added.
However, the first hakchi works fine so so there is positively a serious problem with hakchi2 in some cases.

Is there a link to a non-modified kernel ? As far as I understand, it is legal to download a copy as you have paid for a licence with your NES Classic purchase.

Installed this again now on my workcomputer behind all sorts of firewalls and virusprotection... NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER.
Now this time I din't have the original kernel so I got a message saying it wasn't recognized but I could still continue. Installing the driver was.. akward.. this time but It was just a one click process.
Added Gun.Smoke and restarted without any hickup and the game was added nicely.

I was foolish enough to delete the first two zipfiles I downloaded (but I keept the EXE's) so now I don't know if I have a working version with the "Install Driver" option witch I liked better. *sad face*

have problem with 2.0.6 i think..

I launch hakchi 2.0.6 and i upload game on Nes Mini >>> have windows with Done! but the power led of the Nes Mini is "On" after flash and i ear again the sound of window when i plug peripheral and led is always turn on.... i disconnect the Nes Mini and i See on my TV 0 game added...

Any suggestion?
