Hacking Nintendo Anime Channel on CFW

So the question is: how to launch Nintendo Anime Channel on CFW if i am out of region list?

I launch and it tells me that i have to move to region that has been choosed on nintendo NETwork ID/

It does not work, it will not play or show anything after refreshing content. Most likely it is blocking IP addresses outside Europe and will only work via a proxy/VPN with the server in Europe.

i remember the japanese flipnote was acting the same way, usually its whenever it tries to use an nnid (which anime channel does) (niconico also does but this not required... its basically useless without it but its not required)

There's always setting up a region changed emuNAND if you've got the guns to get that setup, but since this is a server side limitation I'm afraid there's nothing CFW can do to help.

Flipnote 3D just needs region spoofing (which is a feature of most modern CFWs), it's not related to NNID country

yea, id rather not as i have 102 usa games. also you do if you intend to go online as its the only reason to really use the jp version.

He doesn't mean doing a complete region change, just doing a region spoof using Luma Locales Manager on the app itself so it doesn't error out. But don't try to do the English glitch on the setup because it will kick you to DSi Library and you won't be able to access the online gallery ever again.

BUUUUTT there is an alternate server being made for EUR and USA regions
