Soundhax not working on my brothers o3ds but worked for mine :/ guess I'll have to buy Ocarina of Time now
I must point out that it ran the first time but it didn't had enough memory to backup so I had to switch SD cards then safehax gave me the black screen after loading some filee, the farthest I thing it loaded was 53xxx or something

The Guide looks great :) Will do it on my n3DS XL Solgaleo and Lunala Edition when it arrives on Thursday.

But i have a question: In another Thread there was oothax recommended / better working as Soundhax. Is that right?
And i found this copy on Amazon: https://www.amazon.de/Legend-Zelda-Ocarina-Nintendo-Selects/dp/B01FWK09UI/
Will oothax work with that on 11.2? Because i searched for it on Google and there was mentioned that oothax only work until 11.0 but not for 11.1 and 11.2 so i'm a bit confused now.

So please tell me if the Version of the Game i linked will work for oothax and if oothax works on 11.2 because if so then i buy one copy of the Game just for sure that i don't have to try many times with soundhax :)

Thanks in advice for your help!

I used Soundhax on my Old 3DS XL and got it working on the first try. I'd recommend giving it at least a few tries before you spend any money. A heavier wallet is better than a lighter one, right? :)

I've been trying step 15 for hours now only to have a useless black screen again and again. I have no Idea what could be wrong. I have arm11.bin in the root and I press select when it the screen comes up but the only way to turn it off is to hold the power button. I have a cartridge in the slot too. I started with n3ds 11.2 and I really don't want to get stuck on 2.1. If nobody has any fixes, is there a way I can just update back to 11.2 and do everything from scratch?

You could've pressed SELECT on Decrypt9WIP to eject your microSD. Well, If you have the time, keep trying. Or, as others reported working, put a cartridge in the slot.

Try to hold START at boot and report back.

It's to unmount your card so that you can take the microSD off without having to reboot or damaging anything.

Check the step again.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Yup.
This is going to start looking like "check guide, then check guide again, then if you have more questions check the guide again." Lol
