I am stuck after step 27, after choose titleDB, what should I do next ? even the clock stopped (at top screen)

tried several times turn it off and on still the same already have "up_Decrypt9WIP.bin" in luma/payloads

Scroll down until you see hb_launcher_loader v1.2 and Luma3DS Updater. Install both.

I forgot to dump the health&safety app, is there any other way to inject it without the dump?

11.2 on N3DS. Keeps crashing in Sound, can't get the exploit to work. Tried 24 times already. So I guess I'm SOL and have to buy the game now?

Also, besides downgrading. What is the purpose of this? Just downgrading to install CFW?

I downloaded the otherapp for 11.2.0-35U, which is my version. It should be right. It just says an error has occurred and must restart.

2. You can probably use a bootloader, but with A9LH why would you want this?

looks like i need to change to other my wifi connection, bad connection to titledb may make it lag after selecting titleDB in FBI
