Hacking Safehax (11.1/2) downgrade without DSIWare

I have a question. I bought Fire Emblem: Awakening from the eShop and it was gone after restoring tickets. I tried to redownload many times from eShop but I keep getting error code 007-6106. Any help?

EDIT: Restored SysNAND via decrypt9 and I finally downloaded it. Had to re-inject Health and Safety FBI though because the CIAs were gone after restoring.

Did you install A9LH? If so, restoring your NAND backup is literally the next step. Use Hourglass9.

Hold START at boot. It should open Hourglass. Restore from there.

go update. a9lh will stick even after updating or even doing a factory reset.

Same thing happened. Formatting the SD card should help.

Clear Home Menu’s extdata by navigating to the following folder on your SD card: /Nintendo 3DS/(32 Character ID)/(32 Character ID)/extdata/00000000/

• EUR Region: Delete 00000098
• JPN Region: Delete 00000082
• USA Region: Delete 0000008f
• KOR Region: Delete 000000A9

Safehax is just stuck on black screen. I've done the steelhax installer. After many attempts, safehax just stays in a black screen for 20 seconds before i shut it down and still nothing
