2ds and New 3ds first came out IIRC with v9.2. So it doesn't have firmwares below v9.2. But the installation of a9lh lets us downgrade those models down to v2.1. Amazing isn't it?

with k11 you can easily get a k9 on 9.2 and with k11 you can inject saves (only 4 titles are supported)

If you're on 9.2 already, then there's no reason to bother with this at all.

it doesnt matter where its located keep trying if it fails after 20 times report it to nedwils twitter (i personally upload it through 3dslink as its only for testing purposes)

dsi downgrade which is true. as ive done it before for a friends 11.1 3ds

in theroy from what ive heard

This, hopefully, will replace waithax/slowhax on 11.2, nothing more than that.
All the ways we have to downgrade from 11.X remain the same.

essentially yes you should be able to however homebrew would have to likely be remodeled to work with the exploit (as nasa for 10.7 fbi for 10.x and down modified fbi for 11.x
