Hello everyone,
Always lurked around the gbatemp forum, waiting for the ability to finally flash CFW on my 3DS and finally I got it all up and running. Today, I was transferring some files to the 3DS SD card and my card reader cut-out mid transfer and unfortunately must have corrupted some file as I couldn't access it again through Windows without formatting, I tried some freeware to salvage the files but had no luck. I'm kind of a noob when it comes to the 3DS CFW, but I assume that I've flashed some stuff onto the console itself and was wondering if it was possible to just get the files and folders from somewhere and replace them onto the SD card? I don't know which of the files that were left after I followed the popular guide were important, however, and I didn't make a backup >.> because I'm an idiot. I would love any help, I'm a bit scared to just try running through the entire guide again.

I'mm assuming you followed the guide linked in my sig? In that case, all you need is the arm9loaderhax.bin in the root of the SD Card, The Homebrew Starter Kit (Optional) and your luma payloads.

1) Hourglass9
2) Decrypt9 (Not really required, if you're a Poweruser then go ahead and drop it in there)

*Remember to put the payloads in your /root/luma/payloads/ and to give them a key button launch, ex: start_Dec9

if you are on luma cfw and have a9lh installed you can update in system settings and install freeshop to get your game or cart if you bought it.

I think i've followed the 3ds.guide thing perfectly, a9lh installed successfully, luma3DS and hourglass9 work, restored the NAND, but when I try to update the software via system settings it says an error occurred

3ds.guide says to set your DNS to auto, which mine already was but i redid anyway, and still no luck.

my settings say im on 9.2 E; I downgraded to 2.1 to install a9lh or whatever (so many things i forget which is which lol), and i think when i restored my NANDmin.bin it went back to 9.2.0E.
3ds.guide, though, doesn't offer any help unless you're under 9.2 and still getting an error when trying to upgrade.. helllp ;__;

Try tethering from your phone for a better connection, or just leaving it on sleep mode over night so it can download the update data slowly.

Soo...This is a long one

I basicly have this minor problem on my N3ds Latest EmuNAND where when i want to play online it asks me to acept terms and conditions for online and shit but when i click ok, it just asks me again and again and again...
if i click no its says "You will need to accept the latest terms and conditions in order to use online foncionalities"
Its odd because it only does this on certain games: Smash and Zelda:TFH only so far...
It works on acnl and others so i dont under stand???

also dont know if this is helpfull but some of the text is in english and some in frensh???????????
I live in france but i nver set it to frensh and its an english ds so i dont undersand???

Ok. Last time I tried it it gave me an error message about not being the updated version, so I'll download the latest version and give it a try.

Before that, and including the old .bin file, is there anything else I should back up? Thanks.

You should most definitly make a backup of your nand

So, i got the pokemon rumble world unpacked, but the files are encrypted in bch.cx, i heard that you can desencrypt it with lzh8 decompressor but i dont know if its true, and if it is, i dont know how to use desompressors, can someone teach me how?

Have you tried running ctr-httpwn before using online features? I don't play online so unfortunately I can't be of any more help than that.

Ok so I deleted the config.bin through FBI like instructed however still nothing has changed sadly. :/

See ifwhat is written below solves your problem:

Yeah try adding "_si" to it, so you have "arm9loaderhax_si.bin" on your root. Then have start_hourglass9.bin in the payloads folder. That's the last thing I can think of (except remove any cartridge from the cartridge slot as well).

The games giving you those terms and conditions things are probably a different region to your console. Get copies that are the same region.

Or, there is a way to set terms and conditions so they don't loop - try Googling for set terms and conditions 3ds different region online. Something like that.

Okay, so since I want to do a system transfer from a no-CFW 3DS to a new 3DS WITH CFW, and I got confirmation that the CFW is not erased, I want to know what I should about the contents on the SD Card once the transfer is complete?

Does anyone know if the Luma's Emunand work flashcard?

My situation is:
I have a flashcard that works on 9.2, I created an emunand with emunand9, the emunand firmware is 9.8, if I downgrade to a version my flashcard is compatible, with Sysdowngrader, to 9.2, will it work? running in emunand, luma latest version.

I have a 3ds xl sysnand 11.2, arm9loaderhax + luma 6.6
