Hardware Firmware on 2DS's?

Anyone know if these ship with a pre-v11 firmware? It's the electric blue and crimson red 2DS's.

They're 2DS consoles. They've gotta be below 11.0. Especially since they're in a Mario Kart bundle and not refurbished.

That one is 100% going to be on 11.0

Just picked a MK7 bundle up 15 minutes ago and it's on 11.1.0.34e

I got a 2ds (blue Mario kart 7 version) from a supermarket in the UK back in sept/Oct and it had 9.9.0-32 when the latest was 10.7 or so. All new ones with have 11 but some supermarkets etc (who won't sell loads) may have older than 11.
