Long time visitor of the forums, first time user after being avoidant of the forums for a good while. To start off, I'm Julikins - any of the three common pronouns can be used for me (she/he/they, I don't bite over it). Only one I don't feel comfortable with is it/its but otherwise, fairly flexible with that. I had started getting interested in the forums aspect of the internet after seeing the downfall of social media being useful for me. Believe me, I'm not a big fan of spam myself. I've been a gamer since the introduction of both the Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis consoles as a youngster. Household was both Mario and Sonic players, but we were leaning towards Sonic more to be fairly honest.
Aside from the blue blur and platformers, I do enjoy the RPG games as well as some cozy/laid back games such as Harvest Moon and Slime Rancher. Main consoles I had been playing are the Xbox and Switch 1 - no interest in the Switch 2 for personal and other reasons. Slowly though, I've been trying to dip my toes into fixing up consoles as I would like to fix the issues that plague my DS Lite and New 2DS XL since I miss playing those consoles as well. I cannot promise consistent activity but I do try to hop on and check things out. And when I do post, I end up writing a good amount of text.
