This game was such a missed opportunity. This felt like SMM lite. I have SMM Wii U and feel bad for people who can't experience the real version, the way it was meant to be played.

Yep, it's 1.01 for US.

Is it? I got 1.01 from the key site, though I know Japan had 1.02.

I believe 1.0.2 and 1.0.1 are same version but different numbers otherwise I would be seeing 1.0.2 being an update for the version that got uploaded yesterday

Personally, I would wait a couple hours. I would also download the freeshop version if possible...

eShop doesn't care about where in the US you are, it launches at midnight in EST either way, even if you're in PST where it's only 9.
