Ok so we already have custom splash screens for booting sysnad through a9lh and emunand, is it possible to do custom splashes when u load a game instead of the boring "Nintendo 3ds" loading screen?
What Joom said is true, however it would be possible for a CFW to patch this on the fly.Ok so we already have custom splash screens for booting sysnad through a9lh and emunand, is it possible to do custom splashes when u load a game instead of the boring "Nintendo 3ds" loading screen?
Damn very handy - Never even knew this was possible. Surely with something like SaltySD or by patching stuff like code.bin's we should be able to right? Luma just needs to add it in or am I wrong?https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-create-your-own-app-logo-logo-bin.433006/
However that is editing the rom directly instead of through cfw
Luma just loads it in if i'm not mistaken.Damn very handy - Never even knew this was possible. Surely with something like SaltySD or by patching stuff like code.bin's we should be able to right? Luma just needs to add it in or am I wrong?
That won't work. You need to repack the game for it to work.Damn very handy - Never even knew this was possible. Surely with something like SaltySD or by patching stuff like code.bin's we should be able to right? Luma just needs to add it in or am I wrong?
Yeah - But it does essentially the same thing - If Luma didnt make support for it we would have to decrypt and build it with the new one just like we have to for logo.bin - So essentially its the same thing right?Luma just loads it in if i'm not mistaken.
Oh ok damnThat won't work. You need to repack the game for it to work.
