Hacking Need Help with HB Launcher CIA

Hi, using this guide "https://3ds.guide/installing-arm9loaderhax" Ive gotten to Section VI.13, the problem is I cant open the homebrew launcher I get "Failed to request the actual payload URL: 0xd8a0a028." I did search it up and i found that there is supposed to be some homebrew launcher payload.bin on my SD Card but the guide never gave me that bin to put on the SD so idk what to do. Im on 11.2.0-35U, how do I fix this?

You have wifi toggled off, that's your error lol, the HBL cia will fetch and automatically place a payload on the SD Card itself.

EDIT: Toggle wifi on (make sure you're connected to a internet connection) and launch the HBL cia

are you talking about the wireless slider on my 3ds? Bc its on and the light is glowing orange doesnt it mean that the wifi is enabled?

Else it sounds like you haven't activated your wifi settings correctly.

I just tested this on my 3DS.
I purposely deleted the payload and see if it would fetch a new one and it returned an error.

I'm guessing the server that it fetches the payload from is down/dead atm.

Oh allright Thank you, btw you guys seem like you know your stuff can I skip the DSP DUMP stuff from the HB Channel and just go to the Health/Safety INject part and continue on or should I wait for the server to come back and finish?

Im talking about this part on "https://3ds.guide/installing-arm9loaderhax" from Section VI.13-22

You only need the DSP dump if you plan on using sound with the emulators in the Homebrew Launcher.

So can I just finish up the rest of the guide like putting the Health and Safety app back to normal, and removing the SD Card and configuring the Luma based CTRNAND by holding Start when rebooting, and then continue to install my game CIAs to my 3ds like normal?

Yes, you just won't have the HBL working atm.

You can leave it as is, no use of it really since you installed FBI.

If you wanted to get your H&S back..
I think you can grab your H&S from 3DNUS? You'd just have to type in the right information and pop a H&S cia comes out. (Roll with this first)
Or you can try deleting the H&S app and System Update? (Don't go this way without having a backup)

Headers don't apply to people who have CFW
Also don't use CIA's anymore since you have CFW.
Just take a look at freeShop in my signature.

Your CIA could possibly be the cart dump which ends up as ver.0 (which will get you banned going online AFAIK)
If the CIA ver comes out to be 32 then you're fine to install it and use online features.

There's a QR code link attached to the latest download of freeShop on it's thread.
In FBI you can use QR codes to install CIA's directly from where that QR code is linking to.

Also, when you're in FBI, hover on a title and it'll display for you on the top screen it's info. (Should say "Version: 32" for Pokemon Sun)

That title keys site. Click on the QR code button where it says Download encTitleKeys.bin and scan that with freeShop.
