Hacking How do I please activate my vita without updating.

So I bought a ps vita on ebay and I wanted to know how I could activate it so I can use content manager, save savedata and also update my vita. It's on 3.52. Please I need only the method for activating not updating since I can't update if content manager does not work with my pc.

I believe you can use qcma without activation, but the regular cma requires activation
