A week or two ago the PS4 API Demo was shown from developers kurt and badchoices. Today they are back with a improved version with more GTA V mods. Full natives are working meaning hacks on PS3 are possible on PS4!
No. They have the exploit on 1.76 so they are using that for the hacks.
Too bad it's not for online
If they use PSProxy they could. No game currently has a cheat detection system or a proper banning system for modders.
