Any good solutions to the eshop ban?

For eShop unban, reset nnid with decripty9, you can use eshop. (Tiny Format emunand or sysnand + backup of the sys or emu nand, copy new nnid and restore emunand or sysnand, use decripty9 to inject new nnid)

No because theorically permaban (022-2812) includes using online in Nintendo games so that's a no no

But still there's hope the 0102 will be lifted, if not, well I shall buy a New 3DS or a cheap 2DS for the LFCS dump.

Confirmed Nintendo ban is PERMANENT, NO DISTINCTIONS.
(I read this "beautiful" news on pokemonmillennium).
At the moment I read on reddit, if I copy older movablesed (find it on old nand dump ecc.)
There are possibility to unban.

This method RESOLVES 022-2812 only, but involves in disappearing games and updates from your 3DS.

If you wanted to get rid of 002-0102, you have to re-inject all your banned files. (Since apparently, the modified secure info, localfriend from the second 3DS and dummy nnidsave.bin didn't resolve 002-0102)

Every one well informed knows that is possible to bypass the two bans, but the actual 0102 is not already 100% confirmed to be perma.

The 002-2812 is perma ok all knows, but the 0102 never was, until passed the 15 days we will know if this time the 0102 are going to be perma.

I mean, I can't create or neither link my NNID. like @Joom "did"

I prefer to link my 5 year NNID. There's an workaround? Because I tried also with SecureInfo_A changing my identity and still, I can't!

Ban 022-2812 it's console ban (the movable.sed methods is for 022-2812 ).

At the moment, I try to use movable.sed and SecurityInfo_a but don't work.
For eshop work, I use tinyformat, I think is NNID the problem for eShop, simply replace NNIDSave.bin with an blank version.

The problems are: Two ban, 002-0102 no online for game etc.
022-2812 Console ban for all Nintendo services.
The 002-0102 can fix with the movable.sed
And the 022-2812 same of the 002-0102 with the edited securityInfo_a.

But all of these methods not work (for me )

Sure! Either:

A. Decrypt it using XORpads.

B. Flash it onto your system then extract the files

I tested the modified arm9loaderhax.bin

What I would like to do is to "re-link" my NNID back to be "unbanned"
I actually don't want to create a new one.

I injected a blank nnidsave and along the modified arm9loaderhax. I tried to log in my NNID and it said: "This NNID is already linked in another 3DS"

So I injected back my NNID along modified arm9loaderhax and it said: "This NNID cannot be used on this console" without an error code number.

So I wondered, what if .... I format? Formatting would be unlinking the NNID in order to "link" it on the blank nnidsave along with the modified arm9loaderhax.bin. Of course, using an modified SecureInfo_A.
(Note: I have A9LH and what if I format? I will lose the sysemunand?)

It can be possible? Or the NNID is just for System Transfer to another console?

002-0102 is simple, dump the LocalFriendCodeSeed_B on the unbanned 3DS.

Dump the SecureInfo_A and Nnidsave from the banned 3DS. (Backup it on your PC)

Edit SecureInfo_A's serial code. Download a blank NNIDSAVE.

Inject modified SecureInfo_A, blank NNNIDSAVE and LocalFriendCodeSeed_B from unbanned 3DS.

You will notice no fix for 002-0102, so re-inject all your banned 3DS dump you did.
And you will be unbanned for 002-0102
