Hacking Help I think I messed up

So I was playing around on FBI on the 3ds and install hblancher.cia. deleted some tickets which i though were usless and then this happen. is there a way to fix this at all

Are you using a9lh with Luma? If so, try updating from the recovery menu by holding L+R+Up+A while booting up. Hopefully that will reinstall missing system titles. I hope you configured a valid connection before doing this though.

Otherwise just restore a NAND backup with Hourglass9.

You dun goofed. You basically deleted a bunch of titles (including System Titles ; which is why your Home Menu is a blank canvas)
But yeah, just follow what Quantumcat said.

You could try a 9.2 CTR transfer, but I'm not sure how that affects your data. If you don't want to lose anything then try the recovery update first.
Edit: how have you not backed up anything? Part of the guide is doing backups - the only reason for not wanting to restore a backup is maybe you only have very old ones. You didn't delete all your backups did you?

Hey, Just recovery updated same old blank canvas. I dont really mind about my data just want it to show everything in the menu again. How does the HourGlass9 work and also how would you 9.2 CTR transfer. I cant really access anything . Sorry I'm a noob to this.

You don't need to upload your entire SD Card's content. A simple screenshot would have sufficed.

Anyways, it seems you don't even have Hourglass9 as a luma payload, you're using Decrypt9 (which is fine, Hourglass9 is basically a stripped down version of Decrypt9 meant to protect the noobies)

If you don't have a NAND backup, you can't even use Decrypt9/Hourglass9 to fix your issue. I'm not sure about N3DS', but AFAIK it's only meant for O3DS which can be found here. If your handheld isn't a O3DS/2DS, don't even attempt the 2.1.0 CTR transfer guide I linked.

I just figure out that I am on an earlier version on Decrypt9WIP. Theres now way for me to update it. Not that I know of. Btw here is a pic of the menu

I think you should just be able to download the latest version of decrypt9 and replace yours with it

Did you follow what the guide said about putting the bin file in luma/payloads and renaming it? Do you have any button conflicts (two payloads starting with the same button name)?

Restore a recent NAND backup. You do have a recent NAND backup, right? It'd be real silly to go off deleting titles willy nilly without one.

I did rename it and put it in luma. I do have a program while booting by pressing x and power button. For me to open decrytip9wip I have to press start and power button.

Omg I'm so stupid. Alright I deleted the previous file with x_ and got Decrytip9wip the new one to pop up. Continuing the guide now.
