Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

Do you need to have an actually NNID? I deleted mine with a blank nnidsave but cannot use the button combo

You should get a 2mb nnidsave.bin from a Guide on youtube as its basically a empty NNIDSave but you can actually process with linking etc.

Could you do the same thing for me? If you know yourself around with the tools try get it to take a value from a file called id.bin in /luma and then we can just enter our own number (RNG) and then use the patched one - And boom problem solved for everyone.

Please help me in doing this too, ahaha...

Right - But personally I think Gordon should get the FreeShop one as it has more legality checks if ninty were to check the actual game data. Its just more safe

Im not saying you wont get banned im just saying its more safe then using the illegal copy.
If you are in the US/Australia/Canada area (Or near it) you should be safe to go online as its legally out there.

Well, i found someone that uploaded Pokemon Sun+Moon EUR and as second link USA.

Is this possible ? there are 2 Links. One brings me to Sun/Moon EUR version, and one to Sun/Moon USA (same uploaded). Can't believe.... if this is true, i will install it now and go ONLINE. Any way to check the file ? if not: what you mean, is it possible that this is REAL EUR ?

The bans were due to foolish people getting online in-game before release date, .cias are fine, just like any other .cia.

I mean, just use Freeshop. I just discovered how great it is and it's life-changing. Tbh I wish I never played the leak and just waited but I'm an impatient being.

I never even played online - I did go to the Festival Plaza doe but thats used also for local play so how would I know its also connects to Online lmao :l

There's no such thing as EUR or USA version, Pokémon games are region free, the thing is that those games are scheduled for sale on europe in november 23, so any european player getting online before that will get a ban.

Bummer. I hadn't checked the FC, was too busy at work (Until I puked from stress/bad air quality thanks to local forest fires, yay, but I'm alive and feeling better now), but good to know. I switched my al9h.bin back, though honestly there's no need for it since you can't get into the friggin eshop anyway.

I feel like the ease and lax nature of Nintendo prior to this ban is what spoiled me. I guess I felt invincible and never thought much of it when I did a wonder trade once or twice.

i said ago 4 hours that i am downloading trough Freeshop Pokemon Moon, and i asked here which region it is because Freeshop showed me 3x Flags: Europe,USA and a Japan flag.
Then you or someone else said the .cia in Freeshop is from USA but it has EUR languages or something, and it is still risky to use it ONLINE because its a USA version and my console EUR....
so i deleted it -.-.

I will check ciangel, if it shows me 2x .cias, one EUR and one USA, its all fine. So i will take there EUR and go and play online <3.

Honestly, I used to have a 2DS and N3DS XL. The 2DS ran CFW, and the Other was stock. I eventually traded both in and got the animal crossing 3DS because I'm a dork. I reeeeeally wish I had two 3DS now with CFW. I have one of my mom's, and one of my sister's, but neither have CFW :/
