Apparently this completely bypasses the ban! and allows you to link a NEW* NNID.
Not sure if you still need to use the localfriendcodeseed_b method with this but from the replies I dont think so.
Apparently it spams the servers with garbage info instead of console info bypassing the error.

No I just asked someone it allows us to actually LINK out own NNID bypassing the error when you click Sign Up/Register in the NNID Linking Page.

So how do I apply it - save to my SD card directory?

Yes just overwrite ur old Luma arm9loaderhax.bin

It only fixes the eshop ban im on the eshop with a new ID but I cant play online

well yeah. But it doesn't fix the online play. correct? I never had an NNID so I dont get the error when visiting the eshop. However, my online play is restricted which is really bugging me...

Just tested it bypasses the error when your trying to create a new NNID
(This allows you to link an NNID - MIght work to bypass the online ban im unsure doe)

Woah apparently a lot of ppl on reddit are saying this works. Can you guys test? Atm I cant as im using my sisters localfriendcode_b so testing on my system I wont know for sure if it works.

Works great, until they permaban everyone doing this:

...Why not at least RNG it @Mega-Mew ??

Everyone using the luma bypass is being assigned the same console ID you should wait until a better method is created that has a rng to assign a unique one to your device.
