Everyone using the luma bypass is being assigned the same console ID you should wait until a better method is created that has a rng to assign a unique one to your device.

Yup when i try to make a new NNID it's the same as the one i had on my banned NNID...

contact support, say that your console was stolen

Simply fotmat the console and the ID is unlinked, but you need to do a system transfer to remove it from that console

i got second 3ds, and backup everything not a problem, but imho support make it easier though more times needed

Have you done a system transfer in the past? Otherwise doing that is useless.

@Mikemk is right - if you don't have the CTRNAND XORpad, you're out of luck. Crypto on NAND backups is unique, and post console death, the XORpad is your only way of still accessing the data in a NAND backup.

Once decrypted (use 3DSFAT16Tool, link in my signature) you can mount the decrypted file in OSFmount (use Google) as drive in Windows.

Yeah using the new arm9loaderhax.bin enables me to link a new NNID but it just tells me to link my NNID that is banned.

They could still technically create an emuNAND and flash the backup to that, using Decrypt9WIP to collect the necessary files via EmuNAND settings.

So I did the Luma thing, and the friendslist seed. Now I have a new NNID and what not, but I still have some stuff installed from my previous NNID. When I go to data management they show up on the SD card with an X on them, is there a way to re-enable them or will I just have to redownload them completely?
