I received a 2ds that was already on 9.xx firmware. So I never had to do a system transfer. Am I still screwed?

Basically I just want to know if there is a chance that i could get my NNID back or are my purchases gone forever. I do not want to make a new ID at the moment if I can still get my old one back.

I did the X+Y and pressing A in the NNID Settings, is my console now unlinked and I can use the NNID on a new console, or do I still have to call the Nintendo Support?

Now that we know FLCS is actually taken from a "valid" movable.3ds it actually struck me I had my old 3ds(sold few months back & buyer only played offline) movable.sed lying somewhere in my dropbox I quickly tested it out and YES it worked for online play. I dont care much about eshop/nnid either but it would be nice to have a solution for all. Still feeling lucky I had that few bytes data backup for months xD
