movable.sed would contain the seed before you injected a new local seed, not the new one, it doesnt update

My format was done AFTER installing a9lh. So I don't think that's the case. I formatted my console while I had it hacked, because I was tired of the eShop removing my DLC, so I formatted my console at that time, actually, I think I formatted it a few times by trying to check what was causing the deletion of the DLCs (which in the end, was caused by the NNID).

If you have a backup of your movable.sed you can import it into nand/private with godmode9. that's what fixed my issue. decrypt9 wont work
