Just tell them your 3DS is dead, won't turn on, whatever, and that you can't get into it to do the system transfer yourself and that you need them to transfer your NNID to a new 3DS.

However, it's most likely your console that's banned, so even if you get rid of your NNID and make a new NNID you'll still be banned.

Quick reply please, i was given two options ,
i make a nnid with same email addressr i do a system transfer to my other 3ds since the nnid is banned what option would i choose?

So assuming you do the local friendseed method to bypass that ban. Can you even add friendcodes? Lmao. I'm assuming not.

I did it and literally nothing changed other than I can get online now.

-Same friendcode
-Can still add friends
-Can play any game online

Now I wait and see if this doesn't bite me and my friend in the ass in the future. I'm also scared of new firmware updates, if Nintendo decides to roll out a new method to crosscheck the seed with your own console before sending it to their servers... but part of me wants to believe that they already did their bans and they are only for playing SM early, and that hopefully this is it and nothing else happens.

Extra! Extra!

I hope there will be a way for us peasants that only have one 3DS... Buying another one just to unban myself is out of the question.

I had the foresight to keep a clean new3ds without hax just in the off chance something like this happened, but yeah. I would like a workaround that doesn't involve me spending hours putting arm9 on stock, and I don't have the money for a third 3ds.

I'm thinking about trying the local friend seed method with a friend. Anyone knows if the two of us going online at the same time is safe?

Question, I'm away from my 2DS rn and I'd SERIOUSLY like to know if there has been a second ban wave, and if the games are on freeShop already. Plz answer

Good chances are yes. Im assuming the ban-waves will continue up until the complete launch of the game (in 6 hours, Midnight)

A few users have said it's safe, but nobody know if it will have repercussions later.

Probably it won't happen since the game has been officially released in a few parts of the globe, there are legit people online now, I doubt Nintendo will ban them,

I wouldn't try it. Luckily for me, I was able to grab the LocalFriendCodeSeed_B off of a trashed 3DS with CFW.

Ah ok. I figured you wouldn't be able to do anything xD. Makes me feel better but I'm still gonna wait a few days to see what happens before I do anything.
