I Reinstalled my TWL Firm but it didnt work.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

I am currently emulating the ROM, but I cannot find any menu item that resembles "update", or that I believe would brick.

Could you use an emulator such as DeSmuMe or NO$GBA to try to find the menu item that caused the brick again?

EDIT:
I believe I have found the menu item that you used.
Is it "IPL2 Update Test TEG(024)" in the "NVRAM Menu"?
Writing nonsense to the NVRAM chip is known to cause bricks.

Fortunately, tools like this exist to restore the contents of NVRAM.
If the NVRAM contents must come from your console, then I'm not sure how this could be fixed. However, if the NVRAM is not console-specific, then you could restore an NVRAM backup that somebody else dumped.
