so... If you Sent your "dumped stuff" (localfriendseed_b, etc) and inject it into my 3ds i'll be unbanned? Or isn't that how it works?

It probably would, but I'm not sure to what extent i'd be fine. Like if one of us gets banned would the other? I already does my file a bit thin by sharing it with friends. I'd I prefer not to share it with people I'm not familiar with. But if you got a friend to dump it they'd be fine and you'd be fine.

You could always offer to do it yourself. A few months ago i knew nobody with a cfw 3ds, and now because of me i know 5

Technically, there is no way to unban your 3ds, but you can still access the eshop and online games by dumping sone stuff from another 3ds. I tested, both 3ds's werent banned.

There a tutorial for this around and would it bypass 022-2812 on a 3DS that's already banned?

theoretically, *02 bans are permanent.

You need a second unbanned 3ds, and i have found no tutorial. If you get decrypt9 running on an unbanned 3ds i can give you instructions.

Ok, this might be too much safety, but i wanna make sure you're safe. First dump localFriendCodeSeed_B from the unbanned 3ds, and put it in the files9 folder of the banned 3ds. The, not sure if i can link it here, but find an nnidsave.bin. Theres a youtube video called how to unban 002-0102. Use the file in the descryption. Put that file in files9 on the banned 3ds as well. Last, dump the secureinfo_A from the banned 3ds, and open it in a hex editor. At the bottom of the hexes should be your console id. Change the numbers around however you want, just make sure the first 2 letters, either qw or cw, stay the same. lastly, just restore all 3 files using decrypt9.
