Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

The AUS version should be compatible with an EUR 3DS

I know, but I wanna be as careful as possible. If I say I got an american copy, then there's the early shipping, giving credence to how I have it so early in europe. Not so much with the AUS. It's just how I think is all. I mean, the AUS copy is expensive as fuck as most games are there. Who in their right mind would spend that much on a game for a few extra days, when I can get an american copy for a normal price.

Yeah. For what I understand all the games, be it AUS/USA/EUR, are basically the same because they contain all the language file. In fact I don't understand why europe will have the game released 5 days after the USA release

Somewhere in germany or something released the game early. Then the uk, then ireland and then all over europe. So Europeans got punished and all further pokemon games have been delayed by atleast 5 days.

Whats funny is that we weren't even the first ones. Fucking Canada started the whole leak and Europe got blamed for it.

@Quitchan Nintendo stated: unauthorized versions of several games, and Nintendo 3DS systems that stored the unauthorized game code have been banned from Nintendo’s online network effective immediately.

My old 3DS has FBI and I have played Mario Kart 7 online and have not been banned yet. I'll update after a day and see what happens. But I'm lead to believe that they added something in the new firmware update that can detect, and phone home your installed titles and cross-reference it with your e-shop account and if there's any mis-match you may get banned.

Honestly though, if you wanted to play online, you should have 2 3DS's anyway.
1 that's hacked for pirating and rom hacks/homebrew/etc.
1 that's legit, never hacked for playing online.

Microsoft does this, Sony does this, Steam and Origin do this. I'm shocked that everyone is so surprised that Nintendo is now doing this.

Nintendo can't detect the CFW stuff as everyone i know who didnt go online with pokemon moon yet play bazillion other games are safe and are actively online, TBH if you got banned during this while not going online it might just be a miss fire or someone else is using your serial?
Also just so you know you can get online with pirated PC games so easy now and its very very very rare you'll ever get banned on PC as long as you dont cheat PC pirating has always been a massive joke.

tbh i know the peoeple are getting unbanned im just salty they wont really just release it, or delaying it just cause. its not that hard be like "Do this, also because you did this Dont Do X cause you'll Dun mess up" tbh what people should be doing is looking into friendcodeseedB and trying to understand it and what it can do but alas im too stupid to code shit ;.;

Whats worse is that NTR doesn't work well for us on an O3DS. If anything we'd need a LUMA code.bin patch.

Hi, i am using a 3ds on gateway, and i exchanged some pokemon in pokemon moon, i was banned for the first time banned with this code 002-0102, i tryed to play pokemon omega and still got this message, but i can still have the access to miiverse, eshop, etc... so i dunno if it s a permaban, someone have a solution or knows if it's a permaban ?
