Already tried calling them. They asked for proof i had a physical copy of Moon. Told them I'd send it when I went home, which could be some time since I live on the opposite end of the country from my parents place lololol

I don't like talking by phone...i'd rather wait a couple months to see if the pressure died down...Maybe at some point Nintendo won't really remember why I got banned and i'll be more likely to get it reviewed then...In the mean time i'll lay low and won't try switching wi-fi on until the pokebank is updated...If i'm still banned then I'll call them and ask if I can get the ban lifted and if not if they can let me unlink my NNID from my banned console and link it on the other just to get back access to my pokebank...

Someone already got unbanned by calling them with this argument ... they are obligated to provide you with the content you have paid for and preventing your access to the eShop renders you unable to do this ... they can either refund or unban you and the company is far from healthy so smarter option would be b

Obligated? You paid for a license which they clearly state is cancel-able if you hack/reverse engineer/modify their code and content. I hope Nintendo requires the hardware to be sent in to undo these bans or just leaves them standing.

The good way to unban is to buy the game and show a picture of the gamecard to Nintendo over a mail, not matter if it take too long.

I am banned and I already did pre-purchased a collector version of the game before the leak came out :/

Exactly. Banning people who own legit copies and have a legal right to back up said copies will not stand up in court - they will fold for anyone who can prove they own it, they are paying customers.
