There is this guy who keeps going on about "Nintendo will look into your activity log and ban you.", then tell people to delete activity log with FBI. As far as I know, we can delete the game icon in activity log (with the garbage icon at the bottom right... i don't remember) but cannot delete activity log with FBI. So, who's right?

The game will release in australia in a few hours. Will it be save for europeans to go online when it is released (does nintendo check the region of the system i could have preordered on australian eshop)?
Will the australian seed work with all PAL regions?

I dont think the activitylog decides between cartridge and eshop version. So they would ban Reviewers, Youtubers which requested the Game from them etc. which is very unlikely.

Wonder if I don't call nintendo to get my ban reviewed before 3 months or so they'll be more complacent to get it lifted considering i accepted punishment for quite some time...or should I wait like 6 months or so?

3 hours till I get my copy. Will call in the afternoon tomorrow and say played online on it, now can't access the shop, maybe might get unbanned or at least a timeframe for how long hopefully.

If so that's good news

Love how your handling it aha. I've been reading all the pages for the past day and a half fingers crossed we get through this :(
Been on here all day tbh

I have two consoles one is banned the other not...i can just use the not banned one for online and the banned one for playing...I'll buy a retail Moon version for my birthday. I just want to know how long I should wait before it is likely that Nintendo has forgotten the cause of my ban and would be more tolerant in lifting it, or when I can contact them to transfer my NNID back to my o3ds (which isn't banned) to get bak access to my pokebank account...if they do just that well, i'll b content with only using one console for online...
