As many of you know, we now have RedNAND w/ signature patches. This allow the installation of unsigned titles, such as the dev title "System Config Tool". While messing around with it, I found out that there was an option to enable multiple DRCs (gamepads) at the same time. This can allow us to sync multiple Gamepads. As I don't have two Gamepads, I can't test it. Could someone test this and report what are the results? This may lead to cool stuff!

I have two gamepads that I could test this with. Have no idea how to use emuNAND or anything though. Is there some guide available yet?

I knew 2 DRC where possible since 2012
No games have used said feature. It also cost framerate (60 fps drops to 30 fps). Pointless IMO.

On that iso site (wii u one) has the ultimate rednand guide.

The feature was supposed to be an actual feature from Nintendo (they even promised it), but frame rates started dropping and they never said anything on it.

This functionality is available on development/test kits. Those kits can handle 2 Wired DRC not sure about Wireless however.

I'm working on getting redNAND setup, soon as I do I'll be trying it out and seeing how it goes.

I've been really busy unexpectedly, I'm trying to get some free time to do this along with stealing a Gamepad battery from a friend (The second gamepad I have has no battery).

Here's a video of someone trying it:

The Wii U Menu doesn't support it and I doubt any games do.

Wow that was really a jerk move from :gun:Nintendo. It was working fine on system config tool so they clearly went out of their way just to disable it.
