Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

Unrelated. The problem was using a digital copy to play online when the game is absolutely impossible to get that way legally until the 18th. Using a cart dump isn't the problem per se.

Source: I make backups of all my carts and play online with them. Zero issues.

Anyway it looks like they may unban with proof of purchase, so that will save half the pple maybe

Sure, I did a lot of dsiwarehax downgrades for friends and called them like... too many times already to count them. And I got unlinked every time.

I wouldn't count on that... this only remove your NNID from your 3DS, I'm pretty sure you will still be banned from everything

Worth a try. If not, I'll have everything backed up anyway to restore. Hopefully someone finds a way around the 2281 ban.
