try again and make sure you're not launching from menuhax, as I've heard it can cause errors. I'd try a more stable entry point like oothax or ninjihax

I'm using a9lh with Luma3DS. Got all the newest updates on both, as well as firmware, ACNL itself and BootNTR. Everything works just fine... in singleplayer. As soon as I invite a friend to my town and they come, cheats don't work. I only tried Inventory Cheats (duplication and text into item), and they didn't do anything. As soon as the friend leaves - they start working again. Any word or advice?

Also, I believe this may not be the right thread for it, but I'm kinda pissed that after using NTR, launching one app/game and closing it, absolutely no other app/game can be launched - it freezes at the Nintendo DS intro screen. Reboot is the only solution.

I think I messed up on trying to make the player codes universal. I'll try fixing it.

yes my sysNAND is on the lastest firmware the games been updated i have a9lh install and have lastest firmware when i launch the game it crashes and have to turn off my 3ds i do have a old 3dsxl my ntr cfw is on 3.4

Your cia could be corrupted then. Just uninstall it and install it from free shop.

i dont think my cia was corrupt because i can play the game and play online without launch ntr but when i do launch ntr it crashes on the 3ds screen but i just deleted the game the extra data and the update and downloading it all from freeshop right now

sigh well that was a waste of time after redownloading the game of freeshop and getting the update from nintendo when i lunach the game after booting ntr it still crashes on the 3ds screen :/ does this cheat even work on old 3ds xl? has anyone got this working with a old 3ds xl

I have an old 3DS XL with a9lh and everything is working for me. As you could read above, I have all the latest updates and I always followed all instructions thoroughly. I did discover some problems while trying to use 3.2 or 3.3 NTR. Only 3.4 worked.

i downloaded the files and this time it worked! it had to be the cia thanks alot lernos

@Nanquitas BootNTR selector is probably the best NTR solution out there
Sure, there's alternatives, but I think his is the most stable after all.

First, open the chat (yes, the one you'd normally use to talk to players), input a code for the desired item (such as 200f), then say it. Close the chat window. Press X and Right direction on D-pad simultaneously. Make sure you don't have anything in your first slot, or it will be replaced with the item you're spawning.

What language is your game in?
And you're pressing the send button, correct?
