This occurs when sysNAND and emuNAND are linked, use tinyformat
Ah ok, thanks for your reply
I installed al9h on a stock 4.5fw 3ds so shouldn't have emuNAND right?
I have noticed that if I press L on booting I get FBI etc and settings show system 11.2 but if I boot without pressing L FBI etc r not there but it shows EMU before firmware 11.2 in settings. Is this right?
It's not that you shouldn't have it, its up to you whether you want to remove it or not.
Are you using luma3ds? what is your config?
You didn't follow the "Move emuNAND" section. Also I don't think you have autoboot sysNAND turned on. Hold Select on boot to check your config (this is what @proflayton123 was asking).I have What was installed as per guide on here
https://plailect.github.io/Guide/
Config wise I haven't done anything apart from what's on there. Any ideas where I may have gone wrong? Thanks

You can just do that now. I made the same mistake when i first did it.Section IV - Restoring the System
If, before following this guide, you already had an EmuNAND setup and would like to move the contents of your previous EmuNAND to your new SysNAND CFW, now is the time to follow Move EmuNAND instead of doing the first step in this section.
Thanks for the response. right have changed config to auto boot sysNAND - thanks.
As for emuNAND, I didn't follow step above as didnt think I had emunand, however the console had previously been exploited for gateway card but that was lost when son changed a setting. Is this why it thinks there was EmuNAND?
As I didn't do that step before following the rest of the guide, does this mean I am screwed now? any help appreciated & thanks in advance.
It won't hurt to leave the emuNAND there, it'll just take up a few gigabytes is all. If you want to get rid of it, do steps 1, and then from 10 to the end.Section IV - Restoring the System

here you go: https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-using-luma3ds-with-gateway-on-v2-a9lh.431691/Thanks guys
You may laugh at this but is there any way I can still use my gateway card now? the reason I ask is because on the SD of the gateway card we just copy paste games so if its possible in a rush to put something on I can just tell son to use Gateway?
Yes.Thanks guys

Gateway works with 11.2 (just tested myself). Make sure you put the Launcher.dat (v 3.7.2) at the root of your sdcard (sdcard:/Launcher.dat), download v2gw.zip attached to the thread Quantumcat posted, extract and put into sd:/luma/payloads/ and rename to down_v2gw.bin (name doesn't really matter, as long as it starts with "down_") and download arm9loaderhax.bin.zip from the Private Beta Program section on Gateways site, it's near the bottom of the page. Then extract and rename the bin to gateway.bin and place in sd:/luma/payloads/
