So I wanted to buy this for my Nintendo DsI XL Version 1.4.5U.

Cash on delivery? I don't even think any place does that. And if you're looking for free shipping it'll be "Hong Kong Air Mail" and if you add a buck you'll get tracking. Company is none of those unless you pay super expensively to ship locally. The reason is because in most countries it is highly illegal but it isn't in China. And since you live really far from me I can't say, although I believe you are closer to China? I'm like on the other half of the world so it took 1 month and a bit.

Never seen that one and when converted is 46 CAD compared to my 11 CAD R4 that most likely works better O.o

You should be able to. Go to the site of the card to check what firmwares are supported!

The latest update on their download page will work with the latest 3DS/DSi firmware.
