Does anyone know if there is a way to set custom rom paths with these emulators i hate searching my sd card for my roms directory everytime i play a game?

Settings->Directories->ROM Path

Unfortunately, it's saved universally with all cores, so if you don't have all your ROMs in one folder, well, there's currently no way around that AFAIK. At least, that's what I've seen from the RA cores so far.

The Mednafen VB and Mednafen PCE cores DO work, if you use the original releases (not build bot)

Hence why i state it is from buildbot right in the first line =D

I do not have access to other builds, other than from the appstore, and i tested only PCE from there (which did not work)

Can confirm, setting latency to 128 ms reduces the more severe crackling and only keeps it to the minor kinda, much smoother sounding; played Yoshi's Island for about an hour. Aside from the random open menu bug, it's working amazingly :P
Disabling vsync fixed the audio crackling on my side. lol

Er, even with it off, I still hear a tiny bit of crackling, nothing bad, changing the latency to 128 ms also helps. Games like Yoshi's Island was getting it bad, it's more noticeable with headphones, then again, my hearing is pretty sensitive. But don't
get me wrong, it sounds a lot better with vsync off lol.

Speaking of which, I played Kirby Dream Land 3 a lot tonight and that was great.
