I have followed this Plailect's guide from beginning to end, and wiped Emunand/Rednand as suggested in Plailect's guide here https://plailect.github.io/Guide/move-emunand as I wanted to keep all my installed CIAs from my Gateway during my A9LH install.

But after the guide it seems that my EmuNAND was cloned to SystemNAND??? So now all my CIAs are showing on SysNAND and it won't boot in Luma EmuNAND at all?

My 3ds is a N3DS XL EUR version 9.0.0-20E before the A9LH (I just checked and now it says Sys ver 9.7.0-25E ..

Any help will be appreciated!

Exactly. Your emuNAND was cloned to your sysNAND so you don't have an emuNAND to boot into anymore. Hence the black screen. Since you're on A9LH now, there is no need for emuNAND as you can do everything you could before now from sysNAND. Since you said all of your stuff shows up in sysNAND now, why are you trying to get back to your emuNAND anyway?

I am also trying to load Gateway, I have followed this guide http://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-using-luma3ds-with-gateway-on-v2-a9lh.431691 but I keep getting the black screen after the dragon logo. So not sure what to do here...

Have you tried using BootCTR9 instead to chainload the payload for Gateway? Or you could install V1 of A9LH instead.... Otherwise I'm not really sure.. Hopefully someone can help. :(

Is there a good guide as to what I should be linking to the BootCTR9? I may give that a shot...

Well here is the actual release thread which I'm pretty sure should help. Also check out this wiki from the Github that explains it's options and uses to get you started. I found this thread as well which might help.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Actually the guide you linked yourself is exactly what you need. Go ahead and read through the other stuff but your problem is exactly what I stated....

"Since EmuNAND//RedNAND wasn't removed properly, traces were leftover and GW by default sees it, and tries to boot into this non-existent EmuNAND//RedNAND and fails. So how do we fix it? We use EmuNAND9 to preperly remove traces of it."

That's from the guide you linked. Just follow the part through the troubleshooting section there and you should be good to go.
