It's perfectly usable for those who can properly read and follow directions (except for the buggy af nand dumper).

But aside having vNAND, what's the point in actually setting one up for now? Installing homebrew and getting real titles for "free" the safe way maybe, but what else?

Custom apps and easier modding, along with a way to mess around with files for devs.

What you don't seem to realize though is that in my experience a lot of people can't seem to properly follow written instructions.

doesn't have much brick chances if you follow it correctly, but. Obviously no one will follow it correctly

excuse me? That's what I stated here.

It can be used to install DLC with a fake ticket. ;)
Yeah but I rather support the devs by buying it than by "stealing", I did so with Color Splash as example. I played the whole game via Loadiine before it was released and after it got released I bought it on the eShop because I quite enjoyed it!

"I found a random fw.img" is the last thing I want to hear, brb time to make a firmware image that bricks your console and put it anonymously on pastebin
I approve this idea.

Natural selection will then complete this process.

Heyo, I'm implementing 8GB support and 32GB->8GB MLC shrinking finally. My issue is that neither myself nor anyone I know actually owns an 8GB Wii U, so I have to figure out the sector count those systems use. To that end I changed 1 line of code in that one OTP dumper to read that out and put it on screen (didn't want to pre-release our loader code when it wasn't needed yet). I'm redistributing with source, tho all I changed was pointing the OTP buf to a buf in FS-module data.
Anyways tl;dr can a few (like 5 max) people on 8GB consoles run iosu.elf from this archive and report what the first u32 is? It'll technically be raw MLC sector count and not what IOS uses, but I'll be able to figure that out. Thanks!

Since it requires format of the real sysnand for "unlinking", was anyone able to edit region/make a nnid for another region while on emunand?
My personal interest on this is to get access to the japanese eshop.

Btw, I how's the IOSU project going? Last time I heard, you guys were making tools to go alongside the release. Any progress update on those?

Other than that, thank you guys for helping the community.
